About the photography:
«C’est que la vie absurde délivre des illusions, rendant chaque geste, chaque instant, plus intense.»
These photographs sequentially depict my journey of growth—for instance, the inner turmoil of learning to paint at 17, picking up smoking at 19, developing a sleep disorder at 20, and childhood struggles with illness. This series reflects what Camus described as " life becoming better precisely because it has no inherent meaning.» I used these simple, unembellished images to document my current life as a young adult. To me, this embodies the most authentic purpose of photographic art: to bear witness.
