The project presents an SMM analysis of the CHAPTER brand: its positioning, SWOT analysis, target audience, competitive landscape, current status, and forecasts. Based on this analysis, I developed a creative promotion concept: «Chapter II: Little, ” which collects childhood stories from passersby and transforms them into a limited-edition clothing collection.

CLOTHING BRAND «CHAPTER» Slogan: Don’t be afraid to feel—wear what’s inside! Concept: Clothing that speaks to your internal stages
CHAPTER is a narrative clothing brand where every collection is a separate chapter of life.
Each chapter describes a single emotional state. The first chapter is «Love.»
The slogan «Don’t be afraid to feel» is the key idea. Life has various chapters, from joyful to sorrowful. The brand doesn’t force happiness. It grants permission to feel fear, pain, tenderness, and everything else.

«Chapter» on social media
The brand is in the 0-to-1 stage. It has one chapter, no offline presence, and no large community. But this isn’t a drawback—it’s freedom. There’s no baggage, so anything can be built. The concept of «chapters» is still abstract. People say it’s «interesting,» but they don’t feel it themselves.

«Chapter» on Social Media
CHAPTER is an authentic brand. In their Telegram channel, they consult with clients on what upcoming products will be and show the product creation process. They also share their emotions and behind-the-scenes shots from shoots.
People buy clothes not because they are «the most beautiful, ” but because „this thing speaks to what I am going through right now.“
The CHAPTER concept itself is not problematic. The issue is that there is no entry point through which the user can physically experience this concept. Instagram posts do not provide that.
CHAPTER is launching its second chapter, «Childhood/Little, ” through a branded, mobile food truck that tours Moscow. The truck displays the message, „Tell us who you were as a child, ” along with a QR code. Passersby share childhood stories and memories on camera—tales of semolina porridge, the local yard, or their first bicycle. In exchange, they receive a T-shirt (10 available), and the brand selects five of these stories, transforming them into minimalist prints featuring the quotes. Subsequently, the brand releases an inspired collection and compiles all the footage into a promotional video for the new chapter. The central question—“If you could say something to your younger self, what would you say?”—transforms standard marketing into an emotional document where the customer, not the brand, becomes the author of the chapter.
Before: a brand with an abstract slogan.
After: a brand that transforms passersby into the heroes of their own story.
How: van → story → t-shirt → video → collection announcement → personalization
CHAPTER. Chapter II: Small
We don’t invent chapters. We live them with you!
The van drives into the city. People talk about their childhoods. Stories become clothing. Clothing becomes a chapter.
