HSE x ITS: The Alternative Cinema Poster Competition Piter FM (2006)

[1st Alternative Poster]

The movie poster, we see the girl in a red jacket, Masha, and the man in a blue jacket, Maxim, as the main characters in «Piter FM.» As if walking indifferently, both characters are positioned above a river canal that resembles Masha’s cellphone, with flowing water surrounding them. Their meeting is not depicted directly, even though they are always in close proximity to one another. The bright blue sky and the rushing water are illustrated with striking blue tones, giving a dynamic feel to the image.

The poster features a simple theme. There is a cellphone connected by a red thread that resembles radio waves to a DJ microphone, symbolizing that although the two characters are unaware of each other, whether far or near, they are unknowingly connected to one another.
