In the summer of 2023, I traveled to Baikal, to Olkhon Island, for the first time with my parents and my friend Martha. Martha and I captured the entire trip on cameras, and afterward, while reviewing the photos, we noticed similarities.
I selected all our twin photographs, taken at the same time and in the same location. I think we merged with nature—with the moment, the wind, the stones, and the water—and began to think alike.

I created a poster using similar photographs and added brief annotations to them. For the largest image, I composited our portraits with the location where they were taken as the background.
