FAUNA STONE

Проект посвящён созданию бетонных фигурок животных для интерьерного декора. Коллекция включает в себя сильные и символичные образы из восточного календаря — мощного Быка, грациозную Лошадь, устойчивую Козу, стремительного Зайца и плодовитую Свинью. Эти формы выбраны за их скульптурность и способность нести глубокий культурный смысл, создавая в пространстве ауру устойчивости и гармонии.

Каждая фигурка тщательно спроектирована, чтобы через минималистичный силуэт и тактильную поверхность передать сущность животного-символа. Благодаря единой материальной палитре и лаконичному дизайну они легко сочетаются между собой, добавляя интерьеру сдержанную эстетику, вес и связь с вневременной традицией.

На основе предоставленных 3D‑моделей (бык, лошадь, коза, заяц, свинья) требуется изготовление набора интерьерных статуэток с выраженной «бетонной» текстурой, геометризированными, но мягкими формами и матовым финишем, выдержанных в эстетике современного минимализма.

Статуэтки должны соответствовать диапазону высоты 6–15 см, ширины 4–10 см, с погрешностью ±0.5 мм. Все формы являются самонесущими, отдельное плоское основание или подставка не предусматривается. Устойчивость должна достигаться за счет продуманной геометрии и распределения массы.

Формы абстрактно-геометричные: обобщенные силуэты строятся на сочетании мягко скругленных плоскостей, призм, цилиндров и сфер. Углы — притупленные, края — слегка скругленные, острые элементы исключены. Поверхность — однородно-шероховатая, с матовой фактурой нешлифованного бетона или камня.

Материал: архитектурный гипс (литьевой камень) или высококачественная микробетонная смесь в натуральных оттенках (серый, антрацитовый, теплый бетонный). Окрашивание — только в массе. Финиш — матовый, тактильный. Предпочтительный метод — литье в силиконовые формы.

Параметры производства:

Изготовление мастер-моделей: SLA/DLP 3D‑печать с высоким разрешением (слой 0.05–0.1 мм). Ключевой этап — ручная доводка и нанесение равномерной микротекстуры на геометричные плоскости.

Формование: Изготовление силиконовых литьевых форм, точно передающих рельеф и геометрию.

Литьё: Заливка смеси с вибрацией для удаления воздуха.

Выдержка и распалубка.

Постобработка: Аккуратная зачистка литников и следов формы. Запрещена шлифовка и полировка, ведущие к сглаживанию базовой фактуры. Естественные следы материала (пузырьки, незначительная пористость) допустимы.

Контроль качества: отсутствие крупных дефектов (трещин, раковин), соответствие эталону по форме, цвету и текстуре. Устойчивость каждой фигуры на плоской поверхности. Декоративные надписи не наносятся.

Проект был реализован через последовательное использование DeepSeek → hunyuan.tencent → MeshInspector.

1. Промты и Т3 были разработаны в DeepSeek.

2. В hunyuan.tencent были созданы изображения эскизов, промо‑материалов и постеров, а также созданы 3д-модели.

3. MeshInspector использовался для проверки и корректировки моделей.
