This project is an extension of the corporate identity for the iS travel agency, which was developed in the first year. The agency specializes in rainy-season travel, framing the rain not as an impediment, but as an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from daily rush, and gain new experiences.

As part of the «Fabrika» project, the brand identity is transferred to a new medium—a t-shirt. Its design is based on a blue color palette, expressive typography, and graphics featuring semi-transparent circles and water droplets. The central element of the print is the iS logo accompanied by the inscriptions «traveling alone okay?» and «no pressure or rush.» The t-shirt conveys the brand’s philosophy while remaining comfortable, everyday wear.

Stages of Production

  1. Pattern Drafting Based on the developed size M, patterns are created for the front bodice, back bodice, sleeves, and neckline binding. The garment dimensions, seam allowances, and features of the relaxed cut are taken into account.

  2. Fabric Cutting The pattern pieces are cut from light-blue cotton knit, taking into account the direction of the jersey ribbing. Before cutting, the fabric is pre-shrunk to minimize subsequent shrinkage.

  3. Garment Construction First, the shoulder seams are joined, then the neckline is finished with knit binding. The sleeves are then set in, and the side seams are sewn. The hem of the t-shirt and sleeves are finished with a double stitch.

  4. Print Application The prepared image is applied to the front of the finished t-shirt using DTG printing. The print is centered on the garment. Before printing, the fabric is prepared according to the equipment’s specifications, and after application, the ink is heat-set.

  5. Finishing The finished garment undergoes quality control inspection for seam integrity, print placement, and color accuracy. Afterward, the t-shirt is steamed, tagged, and packaged.
