Concept
The print is dedicated to the mysterious world of «The Feast,» where domestic comfort meets folkloric mysticism. A horned forest character holding a mug becomes the main guest at the table, while the samovar, bagels, and embroidered tablecloth create the atmosphere of a warm tea party. A raven, mushrooms, and oak leaves add a sense of closeness to the mysterious forest, and the winding steam unites the elements of the composition. Muted brown, ochre, and olive tones with red accents underscore the fairy-tale mood. The detailed graphic resembles an illustration from an old folk tale, where hospitality coexists with something enigmatic and slightly eerie.
