Design that grows from one clear idea
Ilia Bunich is a graphic and brand designer. He specializes in branding, illustration, and typography for businesses across hospitality, tech, fashion, and beyond.
Problem
In a crowded market, brands begin to look alike: the same templates, the same seasonal clichés, the same safe choices.
Approach
01 Research. I study the business, its market, and its people.02 Idea. I distill what I find into one clear concept.03 System. I transform it into visuals your team can keep using.
Case 01: Paper Moon campaign for ABC Coffee Roasters
Context. ABC Coffee Roasters is a coffee company built on minimalism, craft, and guest care. In winter, coffee shops compete with loud holiday campaigns, turning the season hectic and rushed.
Problem. Winter is when every coffee shop says the same festive things. ABC needed a season that felt magical while remaining true to its quiet, minimal brand.
Idea. While everyone rushes, some choose the ritual of a quiet winter.
Solution. Paper Moon turns winter into a quiet fairy tale. The illustrations build a calm world around ABC’s seasonal rituals—an invitation to slow down rather than hurry.
This world unfolds across cups, menus, windows, packaging, and social media, ensuring that guests encounter the same quiet story at every point of their visit.

Case 02: Brand Identity for ViTools
Context. ViTools is a startup developing a tool management application for construction and field teams. On a construction site, tools are distributed across various crews and locations, and ViTools helps track where everything is.Problem. Construction crews rely on heavy, dependable tools. A digital product designed for them needed to feel just as robust while remaining simple enough for practical use on site.Idea. Structure as a form of care.Solution. The identity treats organization as a form of care: a well-structured system is how you look after people and their tools. A single module repeats in a pattern, much like a tidy set of equipment, and a calm color palette with one vibrant accent balances reliability and ease of use.The system is applied across the landing page, the application interface, corporate documentation, and merchandise.
