Concept
The project is a decorative, suspended mobile for the home, crafted from polypropylene. Its concept is to create a small object that introduces movement, color, and a sense of lightness into the interior. The mobile exists in constant interaction with its environment—it reacts to air currents, changes the position of its components, casts shadows, and is perceived differently depending on the lighting and the viewer’s perspective. Because of this, it is never entirely static—its appearance is constantly shifting, transforming a familiar domestic space into a small, dynamic environment.

Materials
The project utilizes four primary materials:
Polypropylene—the main material for decorative elements. It is formed into colored sheets with distinctive streaks and non-uniform textures, from which various shapes are cut.
Wood—is used to create the base and to secure the suspended elements.
Metal wire—forms the framework and connects individual parts of the structure.
Fishing line—serves to suspend the plastic details, remaining virtually invisible and creating the effect of figures floating in the air.

The Creation Process
- Idea and Sketch Development Conceptual formation, selection of forms and colors, and creation of mobile sketches.2. Material Preparation Melting polypropylene into sheets with unique color combinations and texture.3. Mockup Preparation Creating a digital layout of parts for subsequent laser cutting.4. Structure Preparation Selecting wooden bases, string, and metal wire for mobile assembly.5. Mobile Assembly Attaching plastic elements to the string and wire, and fixing the suspensions onto the wooden base while considering compositional balance. And it’s done!
