01 / Concept
«SERKA» is a brand of natural chewing gum inspired by the nature of Siberia—its textures, forests, and raw beauty.
The T-shirt continues the brand’s visual identity and becomes part of the «Siberian Fragments» merch collection. Its design is based on documentary photography of nature, experimental composition, and minimalist aesthetics.
The main idea is to transfer a fragment of the Siberian forest onto everyday clothing, transforming a simple T-shirt into an independent visual object.
02 / Visual Solutions
The primary graphic element is black-and-white photography of the Siberian forest. The image gradually dissolves into a light fabric, creating an effect of mist, depth, and natural transition.
The design incorporates: — Color: milky, black, and shades of gray. — Graphics: tree bark, conifers, and forest silhouettes. — Texture: photographic grain, soft gradients, and contrasting areas. — Composition: asymmetry, large-scale imagery, and negative space. — Style: archival photography, minimalism, and experimental merchandise.
Unlike traditional souvenir apparel, the t-shirt does not use straightforward images of landmarks. Nature is conveyed through texture and atmosphere.
03 / T-Shirt Design
Front side
A loose-fitting, milk-white t-shirt. A large, vertical photograph of tree bark is placed on the right, featuring a smooth halftone transition into the fabric. The left side remains largely empty.
Back side
A large-scale photograph of a coniferous forest occupies the lower portion of the t-shirt. The trees gradually dissipate into a light background, creating an effect of forest mist.
