This work is an auditory journey through Yasnaya Polyana across time—a connection to the past that returns us to the present. The concept is based on understanding contemporaneity not as a fixed point, but as a «co-temporality”—a state continuously flowing from the past. However, the piece offers the listener more than a chronological route; it provides a deep immersion into the very atmosphere and the acoustic memory of the space, achieved through recordings of Yasna and archival recordings of L. N. Tolstoy’s voice.
The audio material was collected using: a shotgun microphone, an ultrasound microphone, a geophone, hydrophones, and piezoelectric elements.
Subsequently, the recordings were processed in audio software by actively utilizing principles for creating tonal resonances drawn directly from the recorded sound spectrum.

These records were made during a joint trip by students and faculty from the HSE Art and Design School to the Yasnaya Polyana Museum Estate.
