«Kaz Ömëse» is not just a ritual; it is a metaphor for traversing the «Shadow» in psychology. The project’s visual language is built on sharp contrast. The left side of the composition represents chaos—dirty labor, tangled feathers, and clay—symbolizing regression and shame. The right side features strict Tatar ornamentation, a symbol of celebration and wholeness. A white diagonal seam separates the two states, illustrating that purification is impossible without engaging with the «unclean, ” and that integrity is achieved through the integration of repressed experience.
