The concept for this series is rooted in the method of storing Soviet Christmas ornaments. In this project, the care for a delicate object is pushed to an absurd extreme: a glass ornament, which in everyday life is carefully wrapped in cotton and hidden until the next New Year, finds itself permanently enclosed in a rigid plastic protective mesh, transforming preservation into a form of confinement. The mesh protects the ornament from damage, but simultaneously deprives it of the ability to be removed, used, and exist freely.

The desire to preserve something valuable gradually turns into the inability to touch it.

The series features three characters—Christmas ornaments—in different wrappings.
