At the core of the work lies the concept of the mirror as a boundary between reality and dream. In a dream, the familiar reality loses its stability: images merge, space distorts, and recognizable objects take on new meanings. The mirror becomes a metaphor for this state. It simultaneously presents the real world while obscuring it behind calligraphic markings. The viewer sees their own reflection through red letters that partially overlap the mirrored surface. The result is a visual collision between two spaces: the real and the imagined.

Red — is associated with mysticism, emotional intensity, and the ancient manuscript tradition, where red was used to highlight important text elements.
