«Hotel Reverie: Mini-Valerie» — a series of collectible toys based on the project’s main character, Valerie, a scientist who finds herself in a hotel that defies conventional rules.
The character is rendered in a chibi style: large head, small body, and simplified stylization of the arms and legs.The figures are available in three colorways, inspired by different areas of the hotel: the guest room, the pool, and the cafeteria. This allows the toy to seamlessly fit into the interior design, becoming an essential element of the spacious hotel.
Character Concept
Valerie Fletcher is a researcher who hopes to find quietude and a long-awaited fresh start at the Reverie Hotel. However, the hotel’s unusual spaces and strange rules force her to abandon the scientific method and learn to perceive the world differently.To make Valerie’s design better suited for a collectible toy, I decided to model her in chibi proportions: a large head, a small body, and simplified details (bag, gloves, belt, boots), while preserving the overall feel of the character design.

Height — 100 mm Width — 68 mm Depth — 57 mmThe figurine is small enough not to take up too much space, such as on a desk. However, it is not so small that the size is perfectly suited for examining the details of Valerie’s design.
