The concept for the «Water Tension» Garden
The park is built along the shoreline—a boundary that simultaneously separates and connects people with the water. It becomes more than just the edge of the land; it is a focal point for attention: the movement of a bobber, the ripples, the shifting light, the almost imperceptible tension on a line.
Geometric platforms, linear boardwalks, and precise plantings create a distinct, artificial framework. Within this framework, natural processes unfold freely: grasses sway, the pattern of reflections changes, and the wind moves through the vegetation. The rigid form does not suppress nature; rather, it makes its movement more apparent.
